Jeremy Falk and Aris Seaberg just ignited the Live Be Yoga 2018 tour in New York City, the capital of urban convenience. So it was only appropriate that their first stop was Be Time Practice, a new mobile studio offering simple, guided meditations aboard a futuristic bus outfitted with spaceship-style lights that promote color therapy. Can the street-side service encourage calm and mindfulness in the middle of a bustling city? Watch Falk and Seaberg speak to BeTime yoga founder Carla Hammond and find out for themselves.
